Important Information Regarding Assessment Payments and Services
Please review this page in its entirety for important information regarding your future Assessment Payments. IMPORTANT ACTION IS NEEDED ON YOUR PART. Effective January 1, 2019, your Association and Aperion Management Group will be changing banking institutions to Pacific Premier Bank.
Step 1:

Your future association assessment payments may be processed through one of the following methods:

Online Payment via E-Check or Credit Card:
How does it work? Go to https://caliber.cloud/CaliberWeb2_AperionManagement
to register your new homeowner portal and access your account. Available within the portal is our online payment service to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
Payment by Check or Money Order:
How does it work? Payment mailed to new remittance address as noted above.
What do I need to do?
Mail your payment remittance stub and check, payable to your association, listed to the San Francisco payment address listed above. This will also be noted on your January 1, 2019 statement.
Using your personal bank’s Online Bill Pay System:
How does it work? Set up payment to the association through your own bank’s bill pay system as noted above.

Step 1:
- If you currently have an online payment process set up with your bank or with Mutual of Omaha you will need to cancel those payments and set up your new payment account with Premier per the details below.
- If you have payments set up with Mutual of Omaha, please stop your payments through their web-site at http://cabpayments.mutualofomahabank.com
- If you are currently using your bank’s Online Bill Pay, please delete the payment record and set it up as a new payment with the new remittance address shown below. The Bank has recommended that you DO NOT just change the address on your current payer. That could cause your payment to be mis-routed or returned to you.

- Online Payment via echeck
- Online Payment via Credit Card
- Personal check mailed with your statement stub
- Using your Bank’s online bill pay service

- Select “Pay Account”
- Choose an online payment option
- You may set up a one time or recurring e-check payment at no cost or
- You may pay your assessment using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
- There is a 3.5% convenience fee per transaction if you pay via credit card.
- Select your association, enter your complete account number as noted above and follow the instructions on the screen.
