Last week our team had the opportunity to volunteer at @thegivingplatebend, helping restock shelves for families in Central Oregon. It was a hands-on reminder that behind every box and can is a neighbor, a family, or a child who depends on this support. We’re grateful for organizations like The Giving Plate that show up every day to make sure our community has access to food, dignity, and care. Thankful for the chance to give back, work side-by-side as a team, and support a mission that truly matters in Central Oregon. #givebackthisholidayseason
We were so pumped about our new AMG swag that we just started dancing… with no music at all. Naturally, TikTok decided to step in, slow it way down, and pair our joyful, chaotic dance moves with the most melancholy song possible. Did it match the vibe? Not even a little. Did we laugh way too hard watching it back? Absolutely.
Today we’re extra thankful… because nothing says “holiday cheer” like AMG swag showing up at the office. 🎁💜 We love it! #teamAperion

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 Our office will close Wednesday at noon so our crew can slip into stretchy pants and pie-eating mode. We’ll pop back out of our food comas and reopen Monday at 9am. Recently we proudly introduced Flat Bill to the world… and then immediately realized something even better: we’ve been sitting on a giant cardboard cutout of our very favorite Customer Service Specialist, Mary, this whole time. Clearly, fate wanted a duo. So buckle up because Flat Bill & Mary are officially teaming up. And trust us, these two are about to pop up in places you’d never expect. Stay tuned for their upcoming AMG adventures… we’re only getting started. 😄✨

CAI CORC Bingo Night… or should we say Boogie Night? 🕺🎉 What started as “bingo in onesies” turned into a full-on dance-off between local HOA management companies and business partners. From @webfoot_home breaking out some unexpectedly sweet moves to @next.arc showing us their best grooves, the energy was unreal. 🙌 Nights like these are why we love the @caisocial CORC community — a whole lot of silliness, collaboration, and just enough friendly chaos to keep things fun 🤩

Budget season can be intense — so each year, we make sure our managers get a moment to breathe, reset, and recharge. This year, we invited @simpleserenityonthego into the office to provide chair massages, and they did a fabulous job helping our team unwind! Of course, we didn’t forget about our amazing remote staff — they each received a cozy heated neck wrap in the mail to enjoy a little relaxation from home. Because taking care of our people means more than just balancing the numbers — it’s about supporting the minds and muscles behind the magic. ✨
