Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend. 🇺🇸
Our office will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.
For community emergencies, our 24/7 emergency line is available at 541-678-1894.

Memorial Day weekend means one thing… pool season is officially back. ☀️💦
As communities get ready to open the gates, stock the sunscreen, and hear the sounds of cannonballs and “no running!” again, now’s a great time for a quick refresher on pool rules, safety, and what it takes to keep your community pool running smoothly all season long.
Dive into our HOA pool blog at link in bio.
Here’s to sunshine, long weekends, and a smooth start to summer pool season. 🕶️💦

In good company supporting @childrensmiraclenetwork at @costco. Proud to give to such an incredible cause.

‘Who is more likely?’ was a little team bonding, a little public roasting, and a lot of strong opinions. 😂🎥
Cinco de Mayo 🤝 Taco Tuesday
Some things are just meant to be. 🌮🎉
Team AMG hopes your day is full of good food, good people, and maybe one too many tacos.
Team AMG hit the (virtual) ⛳️ course last night for the CAI Central Oregon Regional Chapter X-golf event.
No wins came home with us—but we had plenty of laughs, solid swings (and a few questionable ones), and even better conversations. Great night connecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones!

Great conversations with board members and industry partners at last week’s Willamette Valley HOA Resource Community Property Value Optimization Event about what actually moves the needle in communities right now—proactive maintenance, smart reserves, and not waiting until something breaks to care about it.
Also confirmed: every HOA has that one issue everyone tiptoes around until it becomes a five-alarm fire.
Always good getting out of the office, swapping notes, and sharpening the playbook. Back to making communities run smoothly… so it looks easy.
Earth Day is a good reminder that “going green” doesn’t have to be complicated… especially if you live in an HOA.
Shared resources like pools, green spaces, and professionally managed landscaping already reduce overall water use, energy consumption, and maintenance compared to everyone doing it on their own. (One community pool > 200 backyard science experiments.)
Want to take it a step further?
Start simple:
• Pick up and sort waste properly
• Look into local energy efficiency programs like Energy Trust of Oregon
• Talk to your board about water conservation or drought-tolerant landscaping
• Explore energy-efficient appliances or renewable options at home
Small changes across a community can have a big impact over time.
At Aperion Management Group, we believe sustainable communities aren’t just better for the environment—they’re smarter, more efficient, and built to last.
Happy Earth Day 🌎
Your HOA board volunteers their time. The least your management company can do is answer the phone.
If you’re stuck with a company that’s slow, generic, and clearly copy-pasting responses — it doesn’t have to be that way.
We broke down the 9 things Oregon boards should actually look for when choosing (or switching) HOA management.
Full guide at the link in bio. Your neighbors will thank you.

We put HOA boards back in the classroom… but don’t worry, there was no pop quiz.
We had a great time hosting a Board Fundamentals training at the new @workcollectivebend Midway location. From roles and responsibilities to budgets, reserves, and how to run a meeting that doesn’t feel like a hostage situation, we covered what actually matters.
Big thanks to everyone who showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and make their communities better. If you missed this one, don’t worry, we’ll let you know when we’ll have another!
AMG had the chance to attend the first annual Women’s Summit hosted by @caioregon. The room was packed with intelligence, experience, and the kind of leadership that actually gets things done.
Our CEO, Katie Andersen, had the honor of helping lead part of the discussion. We walked away energized and proud to be surrounded by so many strong, thoughtful, and driven women who are actively shaping this industry.
There is something powerful about getting a group like that together in one room. Sharing ideas, supporting each other, and raising the bar for everyone involved. It was more than just conversation, it was real momentum.
We are proud to be part of a community that continues to grow, lead, and create space for more voices at the table. If this was year one, we are excited to see what comes next!

Huge thanks to @sierrajamesconstruction for inviting the AMG Community Managers out to sharpen our skills on spotting exterior issues across HOA communities and, more importantly, what to actually do about them. From early warning signs to practical remediation steps, this was the kind of hands-on knowledge that makes a real difference for our boards and homeowners.
And yes, the lunch didn’t hurt either 🥘😉
We appreciate the time, the insight, and the hospitality. Our communities are better for it!
Quick AMG hello from some of our western Oregon team at the @caioregon monthly luncheon 👋
We hope everyone has a great weekend!

Not an April Fools joke…we really did send our CEO to flip pancakes this morning.
We loaned out Katie for the morning to serve breakfast to local business leaders in support of @heartoforegoncorps. Turns out she’s just as efficient with a spatula as she is running a company.
Events like this help support Heart of Oregon’s mission to empower young people through job training, education, and hands-on experience, all while continuing to build their new campus in Redmond.
We’re proud to support local nonprofits making a real impact in our communities. And if pancakes are part of the job, we’re for sure in.
Board members, this one’s actually worth your time (and there’s snacks 😉).
Join us for a practical, no-fluff Board Basics training led by CEO Katie Andersen. Whether you’re new or seasoned, you’ll walk away with real tools to run better meetings, understand your role, and avoid the usual HOA headaches.
