Budget season can be intense — so each year, we make sure our managers get a moment to breathe, reset, and recharge. This year, we invited @simpleserenityonthego into the office to provide chair massages, and they did a fabulous job helping our team unwind!
Of course, we didn’t forget about our amazing remote staff — they each received a cozy heated neck wrap in the mail to enjoy a little relaxation from home.

We had such a great time at CAI’s Law Day #inPortland last Friday! It was an awesome opportunity to learn, connect, and stay sharp on the legal side of community association management. Even better, we got to spend the day with this amazing western Oregon crew. #throwbackTuesday #teamAperion #hoamanagement @caisocial @caioregon
We showed up at the @caisocial CORC Reverse Tradeshow with a life-size cutout of the one and only Bill Anderson, covered in Post-it notes. Inspired by the classic movie #OfficeSpace (and its famous “Work Sucks” slogan), we asked attendees to flip the script: write down one GOOD thing about where you work.
The response was overwhelming. π Sticky note after sticky note, people shared what they love most about their workplace—teamwork, culture, flexibility, growth, and so much more. The energy at our booth was contagious, and it was a great reminder of how powerful it is to focus on the positives.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their thoughts, and joined in on the fun. The positivity was flowing and it made for an unforgettable event!

This retreat brings together HOA management executives from across the country to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. Katie and Bill are doing all that plus enjoying time with Kregg Hale from @sentrymanagement and celebrating Dawn Bauman on becoming the new CEO of CAI π

Our hearts are full π Yesterday we visited two of our HOA communities to collect food for the @bendfoodproject, and the response was incredible. Along with donations from our amazing communities and residents, our office staff also joined in and contributed food. Together, we were able to donate nearly three full carts of food to @thegivingplatebend this morning.
These donations will go directly to helping families right here in Central Oregon, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and support we witnessed. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this such a success! π

We were excited to attend @heartoforegoncorps’s Endless Summer Nights fundraising event this weekend and support the incredible work they do in our community—educating and teaching valuable work skills to #CentralOregon youth. π
It was also a blast cheering on our friends at Mike’s Fence as they won the Cycle Pub races for the first time this year! π²π

Our CEO, Katie Andersen, is in New York this week supporting her daughter’s dance career and proving once again that leadership means balancing passion at home with purpose at work.
In between trainings and rehearsals, Katie has been taking meetings and representing Aperion in true style—wrapped in our new signature purple π.
