Some of our team was busy celebrating CAM Day early by cracking clues and escaping rooms, while the other was sipping coffee and mapping out big dreams. Different adventures, same amazing CAM team. Happy #CAMDay on Saturday, June 13! #teamAperion #wearecai #communityassociationmanager

Congratulations to the Oregon Legislative Action Committee team on being recognized at the 2026 CAI Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Katie Anderson, AMG CEO and Chair & Federal Liaison of the Oregon Legislative Action Committee, joined fellow committee members in accepting a national award recognizing the group’s advocacy efforts and continued work supporting community associations across Oregon.
We’re proud to see Oregon represented on the national stage and grateful for the time, leadership, and dedication this team continues to invest. Congrats all, well deserved 👏 🥇 🎉

ICYMI 👀 Our very own Katie Anderson was featured discussing the new wildfire-resistant building standards now taking effect across Central Oregon.
These new standards are designed to help protect homes and communities through fire-hardened materials, smarter landscaping practices, and proactive mitigation efforts. An important piece of the legislation also helps ensure homeowners can make wildfire safety upgrades within HOA communities while still preserving neighborhood aesthetics.
As Katie shared, wildfire resilience and community character can absolutely coexist.
We’re proud to be part of the conversation helping shape safer, stronger communities across Oregon. 🔥🏡

Happy Birthday to our fearless leader, Katie Andersen, founder and CEO of AMG! 🎉
Katie, we are so proud of everything you’ve built and the intentional way you continue to lead this company forward. Your passion for people, commitment to our communities, and dedication to the HOA industry are felt every single day.
Thank you for always showing up for your employees, supporting our communities, championing industry involvement, and being a true thought leader in HOA management. Your vision, heart, and leadership have created something incredibly special, and we’re lucky to be part of it.
Wishing you a birthday as amazing as the impact you make on all of us. Cheers to another year of inspiring leadership and continued success! 💜, Team AMG
At AMG, giving back to the communities we serve isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are.
One event that holds a special place in our hearts is Farm to Fork at @rainshadoworganics, a fundraiser we were proud to help launch and continue to support each year. This incredible event benefits @heartoforegoncorps, a nonprofit that empowers Central Oregon youth through education, job training, leadership development, and meaningful work opportunities.
We’re honored to be part of an evening that brings our community together around great food, great people, and a great cause. Supporting organizations like Heart of Oregon Corps is one of the many ways we invest in the future of Central Oregon.
🔥 BIG conversation tonight on @centraloregondaily at 6 PM! 🔥
Catch our very own CEO Katie Anderson discussing Senate Bill 1551 talk about her work with @caisocial legislative action committee, and how many HOAs and communities across Central Oregon are already embracing fire-hardened building practices to help reduce wildfire risk.

In good company supporting @childrensmiraclenetwork at @costco. Proud to give to such an incredible cause.

Cinco de Mayo 🤝 Taco Tuesday
Some things are just meant to be. 🌮🎉
Team AMG hopes your day is full of good food, good people, and maybe one too many tacos.
Team AMG hit the (virtual) ⛳️ course last night for the CAI Central Oregon Regional Chapter X-golf event.
No wins came home with us—but we had plenty of laughs, solid swings (and a few questionable ones), and even better conversations. Great night connecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones!
@caisocial #wearecai
Great conversations with board members and industry partners at last week’s Willamette Valley HOA Resource Community Property Value Optimization Event about what actually moves the needle in communities right now—proactive maintenance, smart reserves, and not waiting until something breaks to care about it.
Also confirmed: every HOA has that one issue everyone tiptoes around until it becomes a five-alarm fire.
Always good getting out of the office, swapping notes, and sharpening the playbook. Back to making communities run smoothly… so it looks easy.
Earth Day is a good reminder that “going green” doesn’t have to be complicated… especially if you live in an HOA.
Shared resources like pools, green spaces, and professionally managed landscaping already reduce overall water use, energy consumption, and maintenance compared to everyone doing it on their own. (One community pool > 200 backyard science experiments.)
Want to take it a step further?
Start simple:
• Pick up and sort waste properly
• Look into local energy efficiency programs like Energy Trust of Oregon
• Talk to your board about water conservation or drought-tolerant landscaping
• Explore energy-efficient appliances or renewable options at home
Small changes across a community can have a big impact over time.
At Aperion Management Group, we believe sustainable communities aren’t just better for the environment—they’re smarter, more efficient, and built to last.
Happy Earth Day 🌎
