WAGE RANGE: $19-$21/hour

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll assist with general maintenance projects across a variety of properties – from HOA common areas to private homes through our handyman division. The work is varied, hands-on, and offers a chance to learn different trades on the job.
What You’ll Do:
Help with general repairs: light plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and more
Support scheduled maintenance at HOA communities (grounds, buildings, equipment)
Assist on handyman jobs in residential homes (interior and exterior work)
Use and maintain tools and equipment properly
Fill out daily work orders, time sheets, and checklists
Communicate with team leads and follow project instructions
Help track and organize tools, materials, and supplies
Pitch in on team projects and learn new skills
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable working outdoors and indoors
Mechanically inclined or interested in learning tools and systems
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Some experience in maintenance or trades is great – but not required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 18 years old with valid Oregon driver’s license and good driving record.
Must be a United States Citizen or possess a valid work permit.
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Must be a positive example for all Association staff, inspiring a good teamwork environment.
Must be detailed in all follow-up activities.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.
Must be able to work indoors or outside;
Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day;
Must be able to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance;
Must be able to bend, squat crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis;
Must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
Must be able to climb stairs, both indoors and outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat).
Must be able to show up on time and have a good attendance record.
