Coupon Book Change
We are making the switch to coupon books beginning January 2020 and you will no longer receive periodic statements.
Please see assessment payment options below:
1. PAY ONLINE*
*If you’ve already set-up an online payment portal, please sign-in and note any possible increase in dues, adjusting accordingly.
2. SET UP AUTO-PAY ONLINE - Once you’ve created your online portal and filled in your payment information (as shown above), simply select the “Recurring Payment” tab.
3. PAY WITH COUPON BOOK - A coupon book is a set of preprinted payment stubs, where each stub in the coupon book indicates the due date, account number and the amount due. You will no longer receive statement reminders beginning January 2020 and can use your coupon book to send in payments.
Any payments not received via online or coupon book payment will be sent a past due statement via regular mail. If you have any questions regarding the online payment system and/or coupon books, please feel free to call us at 541-389-3172 or email [email protected].
