Masks are now required in all common areas of your HOA (including but not limited to gyms, clubhouses, playgrounds, pools, outdoor areas, etc), unless you are outside and are able to maintain a 6’ social distance. Please inform your guests of this policy if they’re on/in common areas. It’s essential that you and your guests adhere to this policy per the Governor’s guidelines and the City of Bend’s new regulations.
If you have a question, we’re here for you M-F from 9-5, so feel free to reach out to our office at 541-389-3172, and after hours on our emergency line. Also, please make sure to check your email, community websites and follow us on social media for current updates.

The State of Oregon has permitted pools and other non-contact sport facilities to open as part of the phase 2 plan. However, there are many new, extensive guidelines that must be followed for these types of facilities to operate including:
- on-site staff posted at entry/exit points,
- contract trace logs,
- regular sanitizing of high-touch areas,
- and, capacity limitations.
Aperion is working with your Board members to assess the costs and logistics to meet these guidelines as quickly as possible. The pool and other amenities in all Aperion managed HOAs will remain closed for now and we will send an update to homeowners early next week with updates.
To see a full list of guidelines for pools, please visit the Oregon Health Authority website at https://cdn.swimswam.com/…/uploads/2020/06/oregon-pools-pha…

What is the next step for opening pools and common areas in your Association? That’s a multifaceted and tough question to answer, BUT, we’re staying on top of exactly what the next steps are. Here’s what we’re currently doing:
Aperion will be meeting with your Association Board members in the coming week to share this information. We’ll also be working with vendors to see how we can meet the requirements of reopening. |
