This position will be the first point of contact and interface with all owners in the communities, in regard to accounting and data base information. JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible in assisting with the organization of the accounting office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining owner database accounts for all community associations
- Answer and help resolve owner inquiries
- Update owner information in current accounting software system
- Post lockbox payments
- Process escrow demands for property sales and accurately transfer owner information in the software
- Print welcome letters for new owners and ensure they are mailed with accurate attachments
- Assist in monthly financial preparation for the community associations
- Assist with printing and mailing of monthly statements and monthly late notices
- Assist Office Manager and Accounting Administrator with additionally assigned tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Able to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Maintain professional appearance, demeanor and positive attitude
- Communicate in a professional, respectful and courteous manner with all employees, clients, the Board of Directors, and others with whom we may work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be highly detail oriented
- Naturally self-motivated, confident individual with ability to work independently and/or with limited direction, as well as cooperatively in a team environment, while consistently demonstrating collaborative, respectful and productive work habits.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all Owners to ensure all experiences are distinctively superior.
- Maintain accurate processing of information.
- Follow all appropriate policies while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Meet or exceed standards as evaluated on Aperion Management’s performance review.
