The Farm to Fork event raises funds to support Heart of Oregon Corps (HOC) - a regional non-profit leader that hires and trains over 300 local youth per year, preparing them for your workforce. By working on hands-on projects, earning wages and scholarships, and practicing 21st century soft skills, youth learn to believe in themselves and progress toward self-sufficiency. Heart of Oregon’s model works: 73% of youth start work or college after the program and 75% of those youth are still working or in college 9 months later.    
 
Team Aperion needs your help. Aperion Management Group has partnered with HOC since the 1st Farm to Fork, ensuring that local youth corps members have the staff and resources they need to help facilitate their training and personal transformation.
