EMPLOYMENT: Regular / Full-Time / Year-Round
WAGE RANGE DOE: $16-$19/hr

JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated person with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Candidate must have strong problem solving and diagnostic capabilities. Superior customer relation skills are essential. Enthusiastic personality is a bonus. This position is located at Seventh Mountain Resort.
We are seeking candidates to join our maintenance team development program. This program will take a skilled individual and immerse them in the industry of facility management. This candidate will receive in depth training which will include on the job training, industry specific courses, and leadership development opportunities. We are offering an opportunity to create a career, not just a job. No prior Grounds or Facility Maintenance experience necessary.
In order to succeed, candidates must be well organized, patient, mature, possess the ability to be a self-starter, have a working knowledge of basic tools and hand held power equipment, and be technologically adept. If this sounds like you, help us train you to succeed.
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow with a great company. Candidate must want to learn about facilities management including:

REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Have valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
· Must be able to pass drug screen
· Have computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
