JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated person with the ability to be a part of a team. Candidate must have strong problem solving and diagnostic capabilities. Superior customer relation skills are essential. Enthusiastic personality is a bonus. This position is located at Seventh Mountain Resort.
The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the operation of the Association runs smoothly. He/she shall strive to create an exceptional experience for all owners and their guests by consistently providing outstanding service.
The Maintenance Supervisor will have a superior level of maintenance and environmental stewardship of all common areas at the Association. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance and proper operation of all Association equipment, care and maintenance of the exterior of the Association's buildings, maintenance of the HVAC system, oversight of Association maintenance vendors, and response and proper tracking of all work orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Supervisor must maintain a positive relationship with all owners, guests, Association personnel, and fellow associates to ensure excellent customer service. Position requires the ability to utilize a company cell phone and serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary. Assist in the overall team effort in any way possible. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Supervisor must maintain a positive relationship with all owners, guests, Association personnel, and fellow associates to ensure excellent customer service. Position requires the ability to utilize a company cell phone and serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary. Assist in the overall team effort in any way possible. Other functions include, but aren't limited to:
- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance.
- Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and grounds maintenance.
- Ensure that work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to owners, guests, and Association personnel, and promotes a quality experience for all residents and guests.
- Inspect building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and institutes the proper procedure to remedy the situation.
- Employee scheduling
- Scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
- Obtains bids from outside contractors, as well as overseeing contractor work for completeness.
- Ensure maintenance and pool supplies are ordered for the property.
- Accurately prepare and submit property invoices in accordance with established guidelines.
- Communicate with Maintenance Manager regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
- Participate in Company-provided training.
- Comply with all Company Standards and applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Works closely with the Community Manger and the General Manager to ensure our Guests and Owners have an enjoyable place to stay.
- This position requires working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, wind, snow and heat.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to successfully pass drug screen and background check
- Have computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- At least 2 years of supervisory role experience required
- At least 3 years of property maintenance or related experience required
- Have certification and/or experience in at least one of these areas:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Construction
- HVAC
- Small Water Operation
- Geo-Thermal Systems
- Painting
- Certified Pool Operator
- Proficient in Microsoft Products: Word, Excel and Outlook
